Accomodation
Accommodation in Trivandrum will be arranged in different category of Hotels. The details of the hotels and the tariff are displayed on this page. Accommodation for the delegates will be confirmed only on the receipt of the accommodation fees well in advance. Since, limited accommodation is available; it will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CRSI GOVERNING AND COUNCIL MEMBERS, CRSI MEDAL WINNERS, INVITED SPEAKERS, AND CHAIRPERSONS WILL BE ARRANGED BY THE ORGANIZERS AND THEY NEED NOT WRITE TO THE TRAVEL AGENT FOR THIS.

General Conditions
Room reservations are subject to availablility. Booking shall be done on a first come first serve basis
No Refund or Cancellation on or after 25th January 2012. 50% refund for cancellation one week before check in.
Full payment should be transferred while booking to the bank A/C number of Riya Travels & Tours, Trivandrum. Please contact M/s Riya Travels on the Address/email given below for A/C number or any other clarifications on hotel bookings
NOTE
There are several budget and classified hotels around the conference venue (mostly at walking distance). Some are given above and more details about these can be obtained from Ms Sherly Nair. We strongly advise you to book the accommodation as soon as possible in order to get the hotel of your choice.
