  • Received the meritorious research award from Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), European Union on the project ”The design of new photocatalytic systems for the generation of hydrogen from H2O using solar energy” at Dublin City University with Prof. Han Vos and Prof. Mary T. Pryce as Mentors in 2009.
  • Received prestigious Marie Curie Fellowship to work with Prof. Enrico Dalcanale, University of Parma, Italy in 2008.
