Research Interest

Chemical engineering focuses on the design, development, optimization and intensification of chemical, physical, and biological processes, process modelling and simulation, Beach sand mineral processing.

  2. Comprehensive solid waste management scheme for Kerala; funded by Department of Environment and Climate Change, Government of Kerala.
  3. Pilot scale demonstration of a technology for remediating community well water contaminated with an emerging & endocrine disrupting micro pollutant, Perchlorate; funded by Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India.
  4. Pilot scale demonstration of a comprehensive approach to recover high value products from waste banana pseudo stem; funded by Department of Science& Technology, Government of India.
